Automation Tool for Customer Issue Troubleshooting — Nokia WaveSuite NOC (April 2024 – September 2024)
Partner Company: Nokia Corporation
- Led a 5-member team to automate WaveSuite NOC log file parsing, reducing manual troubleshooting from 2 hours to 10 minutes (>90% reduction).
- Developed Python log parsers to detect recurring error patterns and deliver actionable reports to engineers.
Interactive Coding Tutor in Regional Languages (July – December 2023)
- Built a Kannada-language coding tutor using a LoRA fine-tuned CodeT5 Base model, improving code-generation accuracy 3× vs baseline.
- Evaluated with 50+ student test cases; demonstrated significant learning improvement in a rural pilot program.
- Results published in IEEE Access 2025.
